Malaysia Market — Government & Institutional Projects
Malaysia is one of Zehao's core markets. We supply steel beds for Malaysian correctional facilities, government schools and training centres, worker accommodation and labour camps, and staff dormitories for the construction and plantation sectors.
Malaysian buyers typically evaluate us on three points, and this is how we answer them:
- Can a China factory meet Malaysian government standards? Yes. We provide full documentation packages — mill certificates, SGS load-test reports, EN 747 and EN 1725 conformity, CE and ISO 9001 — formatted for tender submission.
- What about tropical humidity and corrosion? Our standard specification for Malaysia is epoxy powder coating over phosphated steel, with optional hot-dip galvanising for coastal or high-salinity sites.

- Direct supply for worker dormitories — the faster route.
