Q: What is the load capacity of your bunk beds? A: Standard bunk-bed models support up to 200 kg per bunk, heavy-duty versions can reach 250 kg per bunk. All load-capacity data comes from SGS lab testing.

Q: What materials and steel tube thickness do you use?  A: We adopt high-quality cold-rolled steel tube. Standard tube wall thickness ranges from 0.8 mm~1.2 mm. Thicker tubes can be ordered for heavy-duty project requirements. Surface finish is anti-rust powder-coating.

Q: Can you provide third-party inspection reports?  A: Yes. SGS test reports covering safety, loadbearing and material performance can be shared with serious buyers before order confirmation. Preshipment thirdparty inspection is acceptable.

Q: Do you support OEM / ODM (custom design, logo, packaging)?  A: OEM & ODM services are fully supported. We can customize dimensions, colors, print your private logo on frames / export cartons, and develop new structures based on your drawings or ideas。

Q: What are exact dimensions for your standard bunk-bed models?  A: Yes. We have rich experience in bulk project supply for hostels, dorms, medical and senior care facilities.

Q: What color & finish options are available? A: Regular stock colors: black, white, grey. Custom RAL powder-coating colors are supported for qualified-volume orders.
