Privacy Policy
This policy covers zehao-world.com. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are a manufacturer, not an advertising network: we do not sell your data and we do not run behavioural advertising profiles.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send, plus standard server logs:
- Enquiry form — name, telephone, email, subject and message. These are the only fields the form asks for.
- Correspondence — emails and WhatsApp messages you send us, including drawings, specifications and order documents.
- Server and security logs — IP address, browser and referring page. Our CDN and firewall keep these to block abuse and bots.
- Site analytics — aggregated page views and traffic sources. We use this to see which product pages buyers actually read.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation, drawing or loading plan.
- To manufacture, pack and ship an order you have placed, and to produce export documents for it.
- To keep the site secure and to filter automated spam from the enquiry form.
- To meet record-keeping obligations for export and tax purposes.
Sharing
We share your information only where an order cannot be completed without it:

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not pass it to marketing lists.
European and UK buyers — GDPR / UK GDPR
If you are in the EEA or the UK, our legal basis is: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract (quoting and sampling), our legitimate interest in running a manufacturing business and keeping the site secure, and compliance with legal obligations where they apply. You may ask us to:
- Give you a copy of what we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your enquiry and correspondence, unless we must keep it for tax or export records.
- Stop using it for anything other than an order already in progress.
Send the request to zehao@cntjzh.com and we will reply within 30 days. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Order records and export documents are kept for the period required by Chinese tax and customs rules. Security logs are kept briefly and then discarded.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses functional cookies and a content delivery network that sets security cookies to distinguish people from bots. Analytics data is aggregated. You can block cookies in your browser; the enquiry form will still work.
Security
Access to enquiry data is limited to the sales and export team that needs it. The site is served over HTTPS and sits behind a firewall and CDN. No online form is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment credentials such as full card numbers through the website form — we will never ask you to.
