Shipping & Delivery Terms
We ship factory-direct from Tianjin. This page summarises how an order moves from production slot to loaded container, so you can plan your project timeline and your freight budget.
Lead time
| Stage | Typical duration |
|---|---|
| Production | 25-35 days for container quantities from deposit confirmation, depending on model mix and finish. |
| Samples | Existing models ship faster than container orders; bespoke tooling or finishes add time, quoted per project. |
| Peak season | Slots fill earlier in the year — confirm your slot before you commit to an installation date. |
Ports and incoterms
Containers load at the Port of Tianjin (Xingang). We quote and ship on:
| Term | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| EXW | You collect from our facility; you handle export formalities and onward carriage. |
| FOB Tianjin | We deliver to the vessel and clear export; you nominate the forwarder and pay ocean freight. |
| CFR / CIF | We arrange and pay carriage (and insurance under CIF) to your discharge port. |
| DDP | Available in selected markets, quoted case by case. |
Packing
- Knock-down flat pack — beds ship disassembled in cartons, which is what makes the container maths work on volume orders.
- Protection — cartons with corner protection and internal separation so coated parts do not rub in transit.
- Labeling — cartons marked with model code and quantity so your warehouse can break down a mixed container without a manual.
- Mattresses — compressed and roll-packed separately, which frees container space against assembled delivery.
Container loading
We issue a carton-level loading plan before dispatch so your forwarder knows the exact count per container. For reference on how many flat-packed bunk beds fit a 40ft high-cube, see the container loading calculator. Mixed-SKU containers are normal — beds, mattresses and storage in one shipment.
Documents provided
- Commercial invoice and packing list.
- Bill of lading, released through your nominated forwarder.
- Certificate of origin, and preferential-origin forms where the destination requires them.
- SGS load-test report and certification copies on request, for tender and import files.
- Loading photographs and a loading report sent before the container leaves.
Destination charges
Import duty, taxes, port charges and inland delivery in your country are for your account unless we have agreed DDP in writing. Your broker handles clearance; we supply the documents above in time for it.
Minimum order
MOQ is 50 sets per model. Different models can be combined to fill a container, which is how most first orders are placed.
