We are a direct manufacturer specialized in metal / steel bunkbed furniture. We own full‑scale production workshops instead of sourcing goods from third‑party factories. All processes including tube cutting, welding, powder‑coating and packing are finished in‑house.

Our factory is located in Hebei Province, China; our export sales office is based in Tianjin. Factory visits are warmly welcomed. Please make an appointment with our sales team ahead of your arrival.

What safety certifications do your bunk beds have?

Our commercial‑grade steel bunk beds comply with EN 747 & EN1725 safety standard for EU market. Relevant test reports from SGS are available for review. We can also support other certification requirements according to your local market rules.

What is the load capacity of your bunk beds?

Standard bunk‑bed models support up to 200 kg per bunk, heavy‑duty versions can reach 250 kg per bunk. All load‑capacity data comes from SGS lab testing.

Do you support OEM / ODM (custom design, logo, packaging)?

OEM & ODM services are fully supported. We can customize dimensions, colors, print your private logo on frames / export cartons, and develop new structures based on your drawings or ideas.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ for standard existing models is 50 sets. MOQ will rise for fully‑customized sizes / colors. Small sample orders (1‑5 sets) are accepted for quality testing before bulk purchase.

What is typical production lead‑time?

25‑30 working days after receiving deposit for standard bulk orders. Customized or super‑large project orders may take 30‑35 days, subject to production schedule.

What payment terms do you accept?

Our common term: 30 % T/T deposit, 70 % balance against copy of Bill of Lading. Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable for big‑volume project orders. Trade Assurance order via Alibaba is also supported.

How are products packed for export shipment?

All beds are produced as KD (knock‑down / flat‑pack) structure. Each set is packed in 5‑layer export carton with foam corner protection to avoid scratch and damage in sea‑freight transit. Custom carton printing is supported for OEM orders.

Can you support FOB, CIF or DDP shipping terms?

Yes, we handle FOB, CIF, CFR and can coordinate DDP delivery upon request. Our loading port is Tianjin Xingang Port.

Do you offer product warranty? What are warranty terms?

We offer 2‑year warranty for manufacturing defects under normal commercial usage. Wear‑and‑tear damage caused by improper operation is excluded. Spare replacement parts are available at cost after warranty expires.

Twin Over Full Bunk Beds

A twin over full bunk bed puts a single-size berth on top and a wider double-size berth below. It is the usual choice where one room has to sleep three, or where the lower berth is shared - staff housing, family shelter units and hostel rooms. Zehao builds these on a welded steel frame, SGS tested to 200 kg per berth.

How to choose a twin over full bunk bed

Decide who sleeps below. If the lower berth takes two people, specify the wider frame and check the load rating covers it.
Check room width before ordering - a full-size lower berth is roughly 15 cm wider than a twin, which changes circulation space.
Choose stairs over a ladder if the bed is used daily or by children; stairs also add storage drawers.
Confirm whether the two berths need different mattress sizes, and order them together to avoid a second freight leg.
