How to choose a single metal bed for institutional use
- Specify the frame gauge by user, not by price. continuous-use accommodation needs a heavier tube than occasional guest use.
- Decide on the headboard style only after the frame is fixed - it is the cheapest part to change and the easiest to upgrade later.
- Check under-bed clearance if residents need storage boxes, or specify integrated drawers.
