What is the MOQ?
50 sets per model. Different models can share one container, each clearing 50 sets.
How much weight does the lift mechanism take?
The struts are rated for the platform plus a standard queen mattress. Exact rating and cycle-test data come with the quotation, and we size the struts to your mattress spec.
Can the storage base be locked or soft-close?
Soft-close struts and a locking stay are available as an OEM option on volume orders.
What is the lead time?
30–35 days after deposit and fabric confirmation.
Sets per 40HQ?
About 90–150 sets depending on size and packing; we issue a loading plan with the quote.
Can we use our own fabric?
Yes. Buyer-supplied fabric or COM (customer's own material) is accepted for container quantities.
