Wall Bed / Murphy Bed

Wall beds and Murphy beds turn one room into two. The bed folds vertically into a cabinet and stays out of the way until it is needed, so a guest room can work as an office or a lounge the rest of the time. We manufacture both the free-standing cabinet type, which needs no wall anchoring, and the wall-mounted frame type for installations where a structural fixing is available.

Every frame is welded from cold-rolled carbon steel tube on our own lines, powder-coated against rust and statically load-tested to 200 kg per sleeping position with an SGS report on file. Cabinet bodies carry the storage — shelving and drawers that stay usable when the bed is folded away. Single and double sleeping areas are standard; queen, king and non-standard sizes are built to order.

Typical buyers are hotel and resort operators adding an extra bed to an existing room, serviced apartment and holiday rental owners, student housing and staff accommodation providers, and furniture importers looking for a space-saving bed range. OEM and ODM are welcome: RAL colours, custom sleeping areas, your own mattress specification and private-label packaging.
