Wholesale Rattan Cane Headboard Metal Queen Bed Frame | MB-2634

Rattan Cane Headboard Metal Queen Bed Frame (MB-2634) sets a rounded woven cane panel inside a black powder-coated steel surround. The frame sits low, with straight square legs and no footboard, so the bed reads light in a small bedroom. It is a catalogue model from our metal bed series, supplied knocked down for container shipment and built to the buyer's mattress size.

1. Overview

Tianjin Zehao Furniture has made steel beds since 1999, shipping to 40+ countries from our Hebei plant. MB-2634 is part of the single & queen metal bed range, aimed at buyers furnishing rooms in volume: hotel guest rooms, serviced apartments, staff housing and retail bedroom programmes that want a warmer material than an all-steel frame without giving up a steel structure.

The cane webbing is held in a welded steel border; the sleep surface is a platform base, so no box spring is needed. We build to the mattress standard of your market rather than asking you to change suppliers.

2. Key Features

• Rounded cane webbing headboard with a black steel surround — the curve is the detail that carries the room.
• Welded square-tube frame, electrostatic powder coat; RAL colours available on volume orders.
• Platform base, no box spring; centre support on double and queen widths.
• Knocked-down cartons, one bed per set; mixed models in one container.
• OEM/ODM: headboard profile, cane tone, frame colour, logo and carton artwork.
• SGS load-test report supplied with the quotation.

4. Why Source From Zehao

We are a metal bed manufacturer in China, not a trading desk: drawings, tooling and powder-coating are handled in our own plants in Tianjin and Hebei. A DWG, PDF or a sample bed is enough to start; quotations come back within two working days. Buyers who need a consistent look across a hotel rollout can lock the cane tone and frame colour once and repeat the order without re-sampling. Factory-direct wholesale pricing applies from MOQ 50 sets.

5. Ordering, Packing & Shipping

6. Applications

Hotel and motel guest rooms, serviced apartments, staff accommodation, student rooms, homestays and retail bedroom ranges. The cane headboard gives a furnished look without the freight cost of an upholstered frame, and the steel platform ships flat.

7. FAQ For Buyers

Does this bed need a box spring?

No. The mattress sits directly on the steel platform base. If your rooms already use box springs, tell us the heights and we will check clearance before quoting.

How do I clean the woven headboard?

Dust it with a soft brush or a vacuum on low suction. Wipe the steel surround with a damp cloth. Cane is a natural material, so keep it away from standing water and direct heat.

Can I change the headboard shape or the frame colour?

Yes. On volume orders we can adjust the curve, the cane tone and the powder-coat colour, and print your logo on the cartons. Send a drawing or a reference photo and we will confirm what the tooling allows.

Will it fit the mattresses we use?

We build to your market size — single, double, queen or a specified custom width. Include the mattress dimensions in your enquiry and we will match the frame to them.

Can I see a sample before ordering a container?

Yes. We can ship a sample bed, and the sample cost is credited against the container order. Photos of the finished sample are sent before dispatch.
