Founded in 1999, we operate two factories covering steel products and furniture, with a monthly output of over 8,000 beds. 1. Who is Zehao Furniture?

We are TIANJIN ZEHAO FURNITURE CO., LTD., a Chinese professional metal bed manufacturer and furniture exporter founded in 1999. We own two factories with two business lines (steel products and furniture), serving global distributors, wholesalers, and project and institutional clients. Our head office is located in Xiqing District, Tianjin, China, and containers ship through the Port of Tianjin.

2. What beds do we manufacture?

We produce various steel and metal-structured beds:

3. Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a real manufacturer and factory-direct supplier. We run our own production factories with complete production lines and a monthly output of over 8,000 beds. There is no middleman markup — we sell factory-direct to overseas buyers. Factory audits in person or by video are welcome.

4. OEM & ODM service

OEM and ODM services are available. Bed dimensions, steel gauge, surface treatment, fixings and packing can all be built to your specification, including drawing-level customisation for government and institutional tenders.

5. Export markets

Our products are exported to more than 30 countries, serving distributors, wholesalers, hotels, dormitories and institutional projects. Key markets include Malaysia, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Pacific island nations, Africa and the Maldives.

6. Prison, correctional and government projects

Government and correctional projects are a core part of our business. We manufacture anti-vandal steel bunk beds for prisons, detention centres, worker dormitories, school dormitories and labour camps, and we support tender submissions with drawings, test reports and certification documents.
